Stop 2: The Ocean’s Secret Pools, Queen’s Bath

Explore naturally carved limestone pools along the rugged coastline. Guests may enter the pools depending on sea conditions and comfort level.

Stop 3: Nature’s Sculptures, Cow and Bull

Pickup Details : Pickup is available from Three Island Dock. For groups staying at private villas or select resorts in North Eleuthera, alternative pickup locations may be arranged upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Tour Cancellation Policy :

At Capture It Eleuthera, our curated tours are designed to be intimate, meaningful, and truly unforgettable. Because we keep our groups small and our experiences personalized, your reservation secures a space that is exclusively prepared for you.
We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate where possible:
  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before your tour: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 4 to 6 days before your tour: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your tour: Due to the nature of our preparation, these are non-refundable.
In the rare case that we must cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience

Concierge Services Cancellation Policy :

Our concierge offerings are designed to bring the island to you — thoughtfully arranged and effortlessly delivered. Many services involve advance preparation, vendor coordination, or securing specialty items on your behalf.
To maintain the high standard and seamless experience we promise, the following applies:
  • Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance: Fully refundable, minus any vendor-related costs already incurred.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days: Partial refunds may be offered, based on the services arranged.
  • Same-day cancellations: Generally non-refundable, as vendors may have already prepared or traveled to fulfill your request.

Please note: Some premium services, such as private chefs, beauty professionals, or
custom orders, may require a non-refundable deposit upon booking.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@captureiteleuthera.com be considered valid.

We’re always happy to walk you through any specifics ahead of time — your peace of mind matters to us.

Weather & Natural Events

Your safety is our priority. In the event of severe weather or natural disruptions, Capture It Eleuthera reserves the right to cancel or reschedule experiences. Guests will receive a full refund or credit should cancellation be required due to weather.

Payment Terms

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise arranged. For group experiences or custom concierge services, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your request. The remaining balance must be settled prior to service delivery or at the time of completion, depending on the nature of the service.

At Capture It Eleuthera, your wellbeing is of the utmost importance. While every effort is made to provide a safe, seamless, and enjoyable experience, participation in any activity is at the guest’s discretion and personal risk

Our experiences often take place in natural  environments, and we ask all guests to remain mindful of their surroundings and to follow the guidance of our team.

For your comfort and safety, life jackets will be provided at water-based locations and may be recommended depending on conditions. We kindly ask that guests follow all safety instructions
offered by our team to ensure the experience remains enjoyable for everyone.

Capture It Eleuthera and its partners are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damages sustained during the course of your experience.

Service Provider Terms

Capture It Eleuthera proudly partners with local chefs, drivers, artisans, and service providers. For experiences involving third-party collaborators, guests agree to the provider’s individual terms as shared prior to the experience. While we act solely as your concierge and experience coordinator, all bookings made through Capture It Eleuthera are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. This ensures a smooth experience for both guests and providers.

Photography & Media Consent

We delight in capturing the magic of every moment. By participating in a Capture It experience, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in marketing and social media. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let us know prior to the experience.

General Tour Questions :

Yes, guests are welcome to swim at Ocean Hole at their own risk. Life jackets are available upon request.

On the Bites, Legends & Blue Holes tour, guests will enjoy a full tasting experience —
including a food stop at Davis Harbour Marina (with samples like conch fritters, gully wash, and local seafood) as well as a conch salad demonstration at Ocean Hole. Light snacks are included
in the Capture the Island Challenge.

Absolutely. We welcome families and provide both adult and child-sized life jackets. Children under 5 join for free.

Children under 5 are free. All other guests require a full-price ticket. Let us know if you’re traveling with young ones, we’ll make accommodations where possible.

For guests arriving by cruise ship, a Capture It Eleuthera host will greet you right at the
port. For all other guests, including private groups, a designated meeting location will be arranged and shared in advance. We take care of the details so your experience begins
seamlessly.

Each tour is intentionally kept small and personal, with a maximum of 6 guests. This allows for a more immersive experience, deeper cultural connection, and the freedom to explore without the rush or crowd. Whether you’re traveling solo or as a group, it will feel thoughtfully curated—just for you.
